About Cup & Cozy Subscription Box

1. What exactly is the Cup & Cozy Monthly Coffee Club?

The Cup & Cozy Monthly Coffee Club is a curated subscription box designed to turn your daily coffee pod into a special ritual. Each box contains a monthly supply of artisan coffee pods (enough for one cup a day), an exclusive drink recipe card, and a cute, collectible piece of members-only merchandise. It's happiness, delivered!

2. How much does the subscription box cost?

The Cup & Cozy Monthly Coffee Club is $60.00 per month. This price includes the curated coffee pods, the exclusive recipe card, and the limited-edition collectible item.

3. What kind of coffee pods are included?

We partner with high-quality artisan roasters to bring you a new, unique, and delicious selection of 30 pods (a 30-day supply) each month. We aim for variety, so you'll always have something exciting to look forward to!

4. What is the collectible item?

Each month features a different, cute, and exclusive piece of merchandise that is only available to Cup & Cozy members. Examples include themed enamel pins, cozy coasters, fun stickers, or small seasonal items designed to enhance your coffee-drinking experience.

5. Is the December box the first one available?

Yes! Our first-ever subscription box is the special holiday launch box, and it will be shipping on December 15th—perfectly timed for the holiday season.

Your Subscription Account

1. How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage all aspects of your subscription—including updating your address, billing information, and viewing your order history—through your dedicated online "My Cozy Account" portal after you sign up.

2. Can I skip a month if I'm traveling or have too many pods?

Absolutely! We understand life happens. You can easily pause or skip your next monthly shipment directly from your "My Cozy Account" portal before the monthly billing date.

3. When will I be billed each month?

You are billed on the same date each month, corresponding to your initial sign-up date. For example, if you signed up on the 20th, you will be billed on the 20th of every subsequent month.

4. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees. Simply log into your "My Cozy Account" portal and follow the cancellation instructions before your next billing date.

5. Do you offer gift subscriptions?

We offer a one-time Holiday Gift Box option ($60.00) that can be purchased for someone special without enrolling them in a recurring subscription. This is a great way to introduce a friend to the club!

Shipping Your Box

1. When do the boxes ship each month?

All Cup & Cozy Monthly Coffee Club boxes are shipped out on the 15th of every month.

2. What is the typical transit time once the box is shipped?

Once shipped on the 15th, transit time usually takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your box leaves our facility.

3. What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We strive to keep shipping as affordable as possible, and sometimes offer free shipping promotions on certain plans.

4. What happens if my box is damaged upon arrival?

If your Cup & Cozy box or its contents arrive damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@cupandcozy.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will promptly arrange for a replacement.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, the Cup & Cozy Monthly Coffee Club is only available to subscribers within the United States. We hope to expand our cozy reach internationally in the near future!

Refund Policy

1. What is your general refund policy?

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we generally do not offer refunds or returns on opened subscription boxes. However, if your box has not shipped we do offer a full refund on your remaing subscription if you prepaid.

2. What should I do if the contents of my box are incorrect?

If you received the wrong contents in your box, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will verify the error and ship the correct items to you free of charge.

3. What if I don't like the coffee blend or the collectible item this month?

The excitement of Cup & Cozy is the surprise and discovery! We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preference for the coffee or the design of the collectible. However, we always welcome your feedback so we can continue to curate great boxes.

4. How long does a refund take to process?

If a refund is approved by our team, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing times.

5. I got billed twice or incorrectly, what now?

Contact customer service and a full refund will be issued after details a verified about the billing error.
